Following the 15 steps mentioned in this article, you will end up with the accounts you follow but who don't follow you back. You need to go to each profile manually to unfollow them.
Step 1 - Go to https://www.instagram.com/ and log in with your credentials.
Step 2 - Go to "Profile" (button with your display picture) >> "Settings and privacy" (button with the gear icon) >> "See more in Accounts Center."
Step 3 - Go to "Your information and permissions."
Step 4 - Click on "Download your information."
Step 5 - Click on "Request a download."
Step 6 - Select your Instagram account and click on the Next button.
Step 7 - Click on "Select types of information."
Step 8 - Select the "Followers and following" under the Connections category, and click Next.
Step 9 - Change the "Date range" to "All time" and change the "Format" to "JSON."
Step 10 - Click "Submit request" and wait a few minutes for your request to process.
Step 11 - Download your data from "Available downloads" from the "Download your information" option once you receive a notification (or follow the link in the email).
Step 12 - Convert JSON (following.json and followers_1.json) files to Excel using this or any other website you choose.
Step 13 - Open the downloaded Excel sheets and copy the values column (account names) from both followers and following spreadsheets in a new blank Google Sheets with corresponding column names.
Step 14 - Finally, to compare the followers (column B) and following (column A) columns side by side, select all the rows except the header in column A, go to "Format" >> "Conditional formatting" >> select "Custom formula is" from the dropdown and write "=COUNTIF($B$2:$B$751,A2)=0" (change the number $751 with your row count) for the text box provided and then change "Fill colour" to "light red 2" >> click "Done."
Step 15 - Go through the highlighted cells and manually unfollow these accounts by searching the usernames in the app or website.
